Geriatric Care Manager Position

About Senior Solutions is known throughout the community we serve for providing the highest level of professional expertise to achieve better, more creative client solutions. Founded in 2007, About Senior Solutions specializes in high touch, holistic, care coordination for older adults with dementia and other physical diagnoses. Our Care Managers implement optimal support and provide creative solutions that address clients’ physical, social, and emotional wellbeing. We’re growing our team and seek Care Managers with prior experience in eldercare who are highly organized, resourceful, and excel at empathic communication. Preference for a Master’s degree in one of the following: MSW, Gerontology, MFT, OT, or Nursing. This position meets clients face-to-face in their homes or community settings.

Life Enhancement Coach

The Life Enhancement Coach is responsible for organizing, planning, facilitating and directing the overall activities for clients in the About Senior Solutions Life Enhancement Program. This position will be directed by the Administrator to assure that on-going activities are designed to meet, in accordance with the assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each participant of The Life Enhancement Program. The Life Enhancement Coach is also responsible for developing and maintaining a wellness component within the program.

The Life Enhancement Coach must enjoy working with older and disabled adults. Knowledge in fitness, nutrition, and cognitive health are important. A teaching or fitness background will be helpful, but the Life Enhancement Coach must be flexible and creative in their facilitation style. Experience in the arts or music are also valuable in this role.
