Mary Winners, BSBA, MSG, CPG

FOUNDER & Certified Gerontologist

Mary has over a decade of experience in healthcare. While physicians and nurses provide medical recommendations, Mary understands the other side of health care-the confusing maze of health care options and unknowns. She has extensive knowledge in acute care hospitalization, Gero-psychiatric issues, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, hospice, assisted living and other senior care options. A noted speaker and adviser, Mary has provided expert services to a wide variety of seniors in every economic category. Her ability to accurately pinpoint and guide families as they deal with emotional life changing events gives Mary unparalleled insights.


In 2023, Mary was appointed Commissioner for Older Adults by The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.

GINNY DELGATTO

DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES

Ginny has over 40 years of experience working in the senior care industry. Her work experience includes the roles of a Certified Medical Assistant, Client Care Coordinator, and Sales Representative.


Ginny is the first point of contact for clients and their families when they have a question or concern. She helps ease the pain during some of the most stressful times in their lives. Ginny grew up in Arcadia and has lived in Monrovia for over 37 years. She loves spending time with her husband, adult kids and their 4 grandsons and in her free time loves traveling, going to the beach, spending time with friends and gardening.

Sue Feldmeth, RN, BSN

MEDICAL OVERSIGHT, CLINICAL SUPPORT

Sue Feldmeth is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from UCLA and 30 years of nursing experience. She is also a member of the American Cannabis Nurses Association.

In an effort to help her mother manage her severe osteoarthritis pain, she has educated herself on the therapeutic use of cannabis medicine. By attending classes and conferences. Now she is an educator and consultant to provide medical cannabis seminars and personalized guidance for those seeking to use cannabis and CBD as their medicine to treat pain, anxiety, sleep disturbances, cancer treatment side effects, autoimmune conditions and more. Sue is based in Pasadena, CA and has given medical cannabis talks to various senior centers, churches and other interested groups in the area. She is available for one on one consultations or to speak to a group on the emerging medical understanding of cannabis.

JOHN DIONISIO

LIFE ENHANCEMENT COACH

John Dionisio is a dedicated life enhancement coach at About Senior Solutions, specializing in improving the well-being and quality of life for seniors. With an educational background, John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the same institution.


Throughout his academic journey, John has gained invaluable experience working across various age groups. He has served as a rehabilitation intern at an orthopedic outpatient clinic, where he contributed to the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals. Additionally, he played a pivotal role as a key player intern at Home Instead, collaborating closely with case managers and caregivers to provide comprehensive support to seniors. Furthermore, John has worked as a behavioral therapist, lending his expertise to children with special needs.


Beyond his professional pursuits, John has a vibrant range of interests. He finds joy in playing the tenor saxophone, showcasing his artistic talent in acting, and honing his skills in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. These diverse passions reflect his commitment to personal growth and holistic well-being.


Looking forward, John is determined to realize his entrepreneurial vision of establishing his own physical therapy outpatient clinic. Through this venture, he aspires to create a nurturing environment that fosters healing and promotes overall wellness. With his compassionate nature, extensive knowledge, and diverse experiences, John is poised to make a significant impact in physical therapy and beyond.

Charlie Tripp, MSW

SOCIAL WORKER, GERIATRIC CARE MANAGER

Charlie is a social worker who brings his professional experience and enthusiasm to his work at About Senior Solutions. Originally from the New York area, Charlie graduated from CUNY Hunter College’s Silberman School of Social Work in 2015 with a master’s degree in social work. For the next few years Charlie worked with Holocaust survivors in Brooklyn, NY where he assisted his clients in accessing resources that were available to them both as seniors and as victims of the Holocaust. After moving to California in 2019, Charlie has worked as a geriatric care manager throughout Los Angeles County and has also worked in the homecare industry. Charlie’s experience makes him an excellent advocate for his clients and someone that families can trust.

ANALISA NICHOLSON

CARE MANAGER

Analisa Nicholson is a dedicated Care Manager with extensive experience working with community service clients, ranging from individuals experiencing homelessness to those in need of additional support. She excels at navigating the complex healthcare system, ensuring her clients and their contacts remain informed throughout the process.


Analisa's savvy approach and compassionate nature make her an invaluable asset to our team. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in an active softball league and spending quality time with her family.

Rebecca Briotte MA, CTRS

LIFE ENHANCEMENT, SHAPE UP SUPERVISOR

Rebecca developed the only Activity Leader Seminar with a Therapeutic Paradigm in Southern California approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). It was at that time she coined her business motto, “Activities are Medicine!” Her passion and enthusiasm for educating the Activity and Life Enrichment profession have impacted hundreds of professionals in California.


Over the years she has provided countless training, workshops, and online classes in areas that span the following: Activity Leadership, Therapeutic Programs, Client-Centered Interventions, Team-Building, Effective group leadership and so much more

MEGAN MADOLORA

CARE MANAGER

Megan Madolora has dedicated her time to serving her community from different points of views, from medical to community health. Her experience working with various age groups and demographics has given her the confidence to serve for all individuals, of all ages and backgrounds. Prior to joining All About Senior Solutions, she got her B.S. in Public Health from CSULA and has medical experience working as an EMT from CSUDH. Simultaneously, she gained her community health experience from being a Mental Health worker, at an outpatient facility, providing residential care and treatment. Furthermore, she worked as a Paraeducator, working with children from ages 5-18 years of age, providing instructional support and inclusivity. Megan’s experience and passions to serve make her an excellent advocate for her clients and their families

CAMI BROWN

Life Enhancement Coach & Assistant Care Manager

Cami Brown is thrilled to join the team as a Life Enhancement Coach and Assistant Care Manager. Cami completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Gerontology from The University of Southern California. Her passion for helping others started at a young age, and led to her supporting older adults as they age. She trained as an End-of-Life Doula with the International End of Life Doula Association, and has supervised day programs supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and dementia. Her love of helping others doesn’t stop at people- she is known to pull over to help a loose dog and may tear up when watching Planet Earth. Cami also enjoys reading and music in her free time, and used to perform in musical theatre. 

ANN REGAN

LIFE ENHANCEMENT COACH

Since retiring from her career as a Sales Professional, Ann has been able to devote her time to pursuing her many interests, particularly her love for animals, the outdoors, and nature.


She spends her free time volunteering at the local nature center, hiking with her family and dog, and riding her horse on the local trails. Ann has also been actively involved in the community as a volunteer, providing animal-assisted therapy to children at local hospitals, where she has seen the healing power animals can offer.


As a Life Enhancement Coach, Ann is excited to share her enthusiasm and life experiences with clients on their journey to better health and wellness.


She is dedicated to being a positive support system for her clients and helping them achieve their goals.
