Hi Everyone,

When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.

December is here with all its shiny lights and beautiful music!  December is also a time to reflect on the year.

Look what we will celebrate in December: International Day of Persons with Disabilities, National Blue Jeans Day, National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, National Ding-A-Ling Day, National Ugly Sweater Day, National Chocolate-Covered Anything Day, National Twins Day, Go Caroling Day, National Re-Gifting Day, Festivus, Christmas Day and of course New Year’s Eve!

December Health Awareness Month: National Safe Toys and Gifts Month, National Handwashing Awareness Week & National Influenza Vaccination Week (Dec. 4-8), World AIDS Day (Dec. 1) and International Day of Persons with Disability (Dec. 3).

Get your checkups and start your month with good healthy choices and some physical activity and fitness…. go outside and enjoy the cooler weather, maybe even visit our beautiful Santa Anita Race Track which starts back with live racing the day after Christmas.
